Wonderful Poetry Night at the Old Drouin Butter Factory. Bush poets were the stars this year, with the main act Bush Balladeer Don McQueen reciting Banjo Patterson first and after the break Henry Lawson. Lots of local talent onstage from the Baw Baw Poets group as well as visitors. In the Open Mic section, Jim Connelly won for his Battle of Lardner's Track, Corissa Rieschieck was awarded second and Naomi Duff, BBWN President came third. Congratulations to everyone. Thank you very much to Bill Frew and the Baw Baw Poets for having us and putting on such a great night.
